Do my stores need Pharmacy Manager to benefit from Pharmacy Services?
No, if you’re not yet able to move to the full Pharmacy Manager Business Solution, you can still enjoy the benefits of Pharmacy Services as a standalone product.
When you are ready to change PMRs, we’ll help you realise the efficiencies of the timesaving Pharmacy Manager integrations and the comprehensive clinical service management insight delivered by the Pharmacy Intelligence Hub.
What are your plans for the platform, are you adding other services?
Pharmacy Services currently supports the delivery of Pharmacy First, New Medicine Service, Hypertension Case-Finding Service, Flu Vaccine and Contraception. We’re ready to launch the Discharge Medicine Service inline with the NHS launch of the MYS payment API.
We’re committed to supporting the NHS Pharmacy First initiative, Cegedim were proud to be first to market with GP Connect Update and Access Record and we continue to work closely with our colleagues in the NHS as these resources evolve.
Will I still have to use another system to update my MYS submission?
No, Pharmacy Services is fully integrated with the available MYS APIs to automate the claiming process and ensure NHS payment for services delivered.
Does your system support GP referrals?
Yes, Pharmacy Services is integrated with the NHS Booking & Referral Standard (BaRS) to enable the successful receipt of Pharmacy First referrals from GP practices. We are working with the NHS to extend this to include Hypertension and Contraception referrals.
