Managing Director

Tracey Robertson was appointed Managing Director of Cegedim Rx in December 2024. A product visionary with customer centricity at her core, she brings 30 years of experience building and leading high performing product teams across FMCG, automotive, fintech and healthcare.

Since joining Cegedim Rx in 2018, Tracey has played a key role in guiding the business towards a product led mindset. As Product and Technology Director, she shaped the strategic vision for Cegedim’s pharmacy solutions, leading Product Management, R&D and UX teams to deliver meaningful, customer focused technology.

Known for her infectious energy and all-in approach, Tracey is passionate about bringing people with her on the journey.
She champions collaborative thinking and is motivated by opportunities to move healthcare technology forward.
Whether leading teams or recharging in the great outdoors, she believes the best results come from people working together.

Leanne Hackett

Product Director

Cool under pressure, a skill sharpened as a proud boy mum of two, Leanne brings calm focus and sharp product thinking to everything she does.

A seasoned product management professional with over 15 years of experience, she began her career in the automotive sector before moving into pharmacy technology in 2018. During her time at Cegedim Rx Leanne has played a key role in shaping solutions that support pharmacies and healthcare teams,
enabling more efficient care delivery and better patient outcomes.

Now Product Director, she continues to guide and grow the evolution of the CRx product family, with a strong focus on real customer needs — usually powered by a well-timed KitKat.

PHILIP DOYLE

Customer Success Director

Always focused on success and excellence, whether on the slopes with his board or supporting customers and their patients, Philip brings more than 20 years of experience in IT support services and operations.

He specialises in driving customer success and enhancing customer experience across the healthcare sector, with deep expertise in IT and data service delivery. Phil has worked with national NHS bodies and large corporate clients across the UK, maintaining consistently high standards of service quality and
responsiveness.

His priority is simple. Ensure customers achieve real value and confidence from the technology that supports their pharmacy

LYLE BYRNE

Commercial Director

A self-confessed fan of numbers and all things Excel, usually powered by caffeine by day and a kitchen disco by night, Lyle brings sharp commercial focus to Cegedim Rx.

With a background in financial services and a strong track record leading large scale teams, he joined Cegedim Rx in 2022. Since then, he has driven customer onboarding and sales operations with one clear priority - keep the customer at
the heart of every decision.

Lyle is passionate about the real-world impact technology can deliver for pharmacy businesses and works closely with customers to highlight the financial and operational gains available through the latest software
developments.

STEPHANIE YAPP

Marketing Director

A MarComms and brand strategy leader at Cegedim Rx, Stephanie focuses on driving clarity, connection and commercial impact. With experience spanning multiple sectors, she brings a broad perspective to helping pharmacy businesses recognise value, understand the benefits of smart technology and
make confident partner choices in a competitive market.

With 20 years’ experience spanning broadcast journalism and strategic communications, she combines sharp storytelling with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences and inspire action.

Known for championing clear communication, she is also the first to admit that her Scottish turn of phrase occasionally has colleagues reaching for the dictionary, and expanding their vocabulary along the way.

Michael Collier

Cegedim Cloud UK CIO

Big data, big tech and Big Mike, as he is affectionately known across the business.

Mike is a confident IT leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering robust information systems, enterprise technology and IT security. He oversees the architecture and implementation of the systems that keep the organisation
running smoothly, alongside the development of applications that support Cegedim Rx’s position in the healthcare solutions market.

His focus is on ensuring secure, reliable technology foundations that enable the business and its customers to operate with confidence.

LAUREN HIGGINS

HR Director

Lauren brings both professionalism and personality to her role as HR Director, backed by more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management.

She leads the HR function with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and engagement, ensuring people and culture support the company’s wider goals. An MCIPD qualified professional, Lauren is passionate about creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

Known for her warm, approachable style and keen sense of humour, Lauren balances strategic thinking with genuine care for people, helping to build high performing teams that support long term success

JASON NICHOL

Finance Director

Equally at home in the boardroom or by the water, Jason is a true city slicker who appreciates the yacht life, whether it is the sea calling or simply the promise of sunshine.

With over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Jason serves as Finance Director for Cegedim UK, overseeing all financial operations and corporate governance across the group’s UK businesses. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he works closely across the organisation to ensure financial discipline supports sustainable growth.
