Tracey Robertson
Managing Director | CRx
Tracey Robertson was appointed Managing Director of Cegedim Rx in December 2024. A product visionary driven by customer centricity she has 30 years of experience in building and managing successful product teams in industries including FMCG, Automotive, Fintech and Health Care.
Tracey joined Cegedim in July 2018 with the goal of transitioning the business to a Product led organisation. As Product & Technology Director she led the strategic vision for Cegedim’s Pharmacy solutions overseeing Product Management, R&D and UX teams to deliver smart solutions for healthcare. An accomplished leader who is passionate about delivering innovative products to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
Philip Doyle
Service Director
Philip is an IT Support Services and Operations Specialist with over 20 years of experience in enhancing customer experiences within the healthcare industry. His expertise encompasses the delivery of IT and data service support across the healthcare sector. Philip has worked with national NHS bodies and large corporate clients throughout the UK, consistently ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Lyle Byrne
Operations Director
With a financial services background and a track record of leading large scale teams to success, Lyle brings a wealth of experience to drive forward operations at Cegedim.
Since joining Cegedim in 2022, he has led customer onboarding and sales operations, ensuring the customer is at the heart of every decision we make. Lyle is passionate about the real world benefits technology can bring to the market and has helped our customers to understand the financial rewards that leveraging the latest software releases can bring to a Pharmacy business.
Kenny Lawton
Sales Director (Interim)
Kenny is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. Since joining Cegedim in 2014, he has cultivated extensive expertise in account management and business development, consistently delivering exceptional results and building a reputation for his strategic insight and customer-centric approach.
In 2019, Kenny transitioned into a leadership role, where his ability to inspire and mentor high-performing teams came to the forefront. Today, as Sales Director for Cegedim Rx, he oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, empowering his team to excel while ensuring the organisation meets its ambitious objectives.
Kenny is passionate about leveraging his deep industry knowledge to create value for clients and drive long-term success for the company.
Mike Collier
Cegedim Cloud UK CIO
Mike is an assured IT leader with over 20 years’ experience in delivering information systems, information technologies, and IT security. Mike oversees the architecture and implementation of all operational and business support systems that the organisation uses to operate and manage the business, as well as the design and development of applications that will sustain Cegedim as a leader in the healthcare solutions market.
Samir Dhalla
Chief Clinical Information Officer
Samir is a highly experienced Chief Clinical Information Officer, specialising in Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Care.
He was instrumental in launching and expanding our Health Data business across the UK and Europe.
With a relentless focus on optimising digital solutions, Samir ensures that our products meet the needs of both end users and patients alike. His strategic influence has shaped national healthcare initiatives at the highest levels, driving improvements that benefit healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.
Today, Samir is responsible for ensuring that all our products are clinically safe, regulatory-compliant, and meet the highest standards, including Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and ISO certifications.

HR Director
Lauren is a highly experienced HR Director with over 17 years of expertise in Human Resource Management. She is responsible for leading the HR function, with a particular interest in employee well-being and engagement, ensuring these areas contribute meaningfully to the company’s overall success.
As an MCIPD-qualified professional, Lauren is passionate about fostering a positive work environment, cultivating a strong company culture, and aligning HR strategies with Company objectives. She is dedicated to creating and developing high-performing teams that drive innovation, productivity, and long-term success.
