Frequently Asked Questions

How does Accuracy Check work?

When this feature is active Pharmacy Manager will produce a picking list upon completion of dispensing and each item label will now include a QR code. Once the items have been picked you simply scan the picking list QR code to start the check. Each item picked must be scanned as well as the label affixed to the item.

How do I turn Accuracy Check on?

Activation is a couple of simple steps. The feature needs to be turned on and then labels need to be configured to ensure that the QR code is not obscured by any pre-printed information.

How do I ensure my auditing is accurate?

Please ensure that the user account signed into Pharmacy Manager at the time that the check is being performed, matches the user doing the checking.

What else do I need to consider?

Accuracy Check works best when there is a dedicated terminal for checking, and so adequate space within the pharmacy is required to place the baskets awaiting check.
