What is CRx Chat?

CRx Chat is our brand new SMS feature.

How does it work?

You can bulk send collection notifications from our patient ready workflow; or if you have our CRx Scan hardware these notifications will be sent automatically.

All patients over the age of 16 with a mobile phone number are eligible to receive notifications.

Is their a limit to the number of SMS I can send?

Nope! There are no limits but there is functionality built in that prevents duplicate messages being sent to patients.
