How does it work?

It requires a purchase of a handheld scanner that will come pre-loaded with our CRx Scan application, this can be used to assign bags to pre-allocated locations in the pharmacy and to quickly find prescriptions when the patient comes to collect.

How do I set this up?

You will be sent all required hardware, preconfigured and ready to go! All that's left is for you to set up your shelf locations. 

Does it send app notifications and SMS?

CRx Scan is fully integrated with the NHS app and our private app partners such as BeWell and Healthera, as well as our new SMS solution CRx Chat.

Patients will notified to collect their prescription as soon as a bag is assigned to a shelf.
