CRx Services users can now benefit from automatically populated medication details when dispensing under a Clinical Pathway PGD or Clinical Protocol.
Route, quantity, days supply and dose directions are calculated automatically based on the pathway, product and relevant patient information.
The benefit? Less manual entry and quicker, easier consultations.
Better data integrity
We’ve also introduced a mandatory reason when deleting a service episode, creating a clearer record of changes and supporting greater accuracy and accountability.

We’re bringing intelligent guidance directly into the workflow, helping pharmacy teams navigate Pharmacy First consultations with greater confidence and consistency.
